Default Opening Multiple Files Simultaneously

On my old W2K and XP PC's I could select a number of Excel workbooks using
Windows Explorer, then right-click and select Open and all files would open
for editing. Since replacing my PC with a new Vista machine I can only open
15 files at a time. Does anyone know why and how I can increase it?

What happens when you try to open more than 15?

There is no limit imposed by Vista or Excel as long as you have sufficient
system resources to handle the opened files.

When I select 15 files or less and right click I get Open, New, Print, Save
As etc dialogue but when I exceed 15 I get Scan, Share, Send to etc.

I did some research using Google. Seems to be a VISTA limitation.

I stand corrected.

See http://forums.techarena.in/vista-help/1056937.htm for a workaround.
