I need to use the same fomula each week after saving
I want to create a mileage calculator daily Mon Sun
Start 1222 First, call 6 First to last 52 Last 9 Finish 1289 Total 67 over 7 days then on new week open clear formula |

Do you not just want to clear the Mileage cells? Hi,
If I understand correctly, at the beginning of each day you should select the formula in the Finish cell and copy it. Select the Start cell and choose Edit, Paste Special, Values. Clear the contents of First call, First to Last and Last.
