Do you not just want to clear the Mileage cells?

You can save the Template workbook as a template, then when you want to
add a new workbook, File=new you should be able to select the template
workbook

Hi,

If I understand correctly, at the beginning of each day you should select
the formula in the Finish cell and copy it. Select the Start cell and choose
Edit, Paste Special, Values. Clear the contents of First call, First to Last
and Last.
You could automate that with a macro, but its pretty easy to do manually.

If this helps, please click the Yes button
