Default file in use try again later.

System: Windows Vista 64 Bit.
App: Office 2007 (Excel)
Issue: create a spreadsheet save it to a network share. close excel. turn
right around and open the excel spread sheet just saved. at this point I get
a message stating: The file on the share is in use, try again later. when I
use a differnt machine to do the same thing I do not receive this error. The
file opens I edit it and then resave it. I am able to do this several times
without issue. I just can't do it on the Vista machine. Any help here would
be greatly appreciated.
Harold.
