Default Auto Update Query

I'm kinda new at this and any help is most appreciated.

I have a field in Microsoft Query that i manually update everyday, is there
any way to automate the process?

Currently in the value field i use the operator "Between #2/12/2009 9:00:00
AM# And #2/12/2009 8:00:00 PM#". I would like to update the date.

Thank you.
