Default Sum Quantity by multiple part numbers?

I am looking for a formula to sum the quantity of each part number in a list.
Example of my data:

PART NO QTY.
70164 10,000
70164 25,000
70165 5,000
70165 5,000
70166 5,000
70168 5,000
70170 25,000
70170 5,000
