Default Sum Quantity by part number from a list?

Hi,

=SUMIF(A1:A100,70164,C1:C100)

or enter the part number in D1 and use

=SUMIF(A1:A100,70164,D1:C100)

If this helps, please click the Yes button

Default Sum Quantity by part number from a list?

assuming that your data start at column A to C
and row 1 is your headers

the formula sum the quantities for part # 70189

try =SUMIF(A:C,70189,C:C) or

=SUMIF(A:C,D2,C:C)
where D2 is the cell you type the part # 70189

Looking at your data and its seem to be sort Ascending, if this is the
case you may want to use SubTotal, it will total up all the unique part#

1) Go to Data on the menu bar
2) select SubTotal
3) Choose Part# under At each change
4) Select Sum under Function
5) Select Qty Ordered under Add subtotal to
6) click OK
