Default Pasted formula into new spreadsheet in error- now "not enough memo

HI
I inserted a new spreadsheet, selected the whole sheet and thought I was
copyinh across a copy of my previous sheet to carry the next year
projections. In error I hada formula on the clipboard and it has copied the
formula into every cell. It crashed the file "Not enough memory". Now it
won't open and keeps coming up with the same error mesage.

Help is there anything I can do?
Liz
