When looking at a spreadsheet it shows the light colored cell borders for
navagating purpures (they don't show when printing). Is there a way to remove these cell borders when looking at the sheet (I'm not talking about Print Preview - I'm talking about removing the cell patterns/boraders on the working sheet) Please advise. -- John 3:16-19 |

TOOLSOPTIONSVIEW then uncheck Gridlines.
This applies only to the active sheet. You will have to do this in turn to other sheets. Record a macro to automate the process. Paul "yogart" . wrote in message ... Unless you "Group" all your sheets first!!! Don't forget to "Ungroup"...
