Many sites' "forums" are nothing more the web front-ends to the NNTP
UseNet service. You should use a real newsreader (e.g., Forte Agent, not a web front-end) and point it to the msnews.microsoft.com server. That server is the "official" server but is replicated by many news servers on ISPs.
