In Excel 2007:
I've observed that text entered into a cell formatted for word-wrap may cause a blank line to appear below the text. This seems to happen when a line of text terminates at the boundary of the cell. My work-around is to make the column wider, autofit the row height of the cell, then return the column to its previous width. There is no longer a blank line. Go figure. G |
