Default excel worksheet

How do I provide copies of an excel workbook with data and formulas and also
prevent someone from copying the worksheet and paste it into a new worksheet?

Hi,

You can send the copies using the email to as many people as you desire,
security wise excel is not that effective.

You really can't.

Any solution that I would use would rely on macros and macros can be disabled.
