Default link change

I have a link set up in 08 Grand Total to look on 08 input sheet and bring
over what is in cell c32. (as you see below) There are 52 spreadsheets in
the 08 Grand Total and 52 in the 08 input. For 2009, I copied the 08 Grand
Total and 08 Input to 09 GT and 09 input in a 2009 folder. Then I changed
the source link from 08 input to 09 input. For some reason it is still
looking in 08 as you can see in the formula. When I select the all the sheets
and change 08 input to 09 input, it does this, but all the sheets are looking
at sheet 1 instead of changing sheet to sheet.
Any idea? Also, I do not know why the link is not changing the 08 input to
09 input when I change the source.

=SUM('K:\Administrative Services\Property & Evidence\Compstat\08\[08
input.xls]1'!C32)
