Think you need to extract it into another range,
then use that range as the source for downstreams Eg you could place in B1: =INDEX(A$1:A$5,ROW()*2-1) and copy down to B3, then use/point to B1:B3 as the "derived" source list -- Max Singapore http://savefile.com/projects/236895 Downloads:22,500 Files:370 Subscribers:66 xdemechanik --- "sriya" wrote: thanks for the reply...but i dont think it answered my question.
