Default Custom shapes

Is it possible to set up a custom shape in Excel, one that can be included in
the InsertShapes ribbon?

Hi,

No. I suppose you could fake it by creating the autoshape and then a macro
that copies it to the active cell or something like that.

You can use ViSIO for that. And you can copy and paste the custom Visio
shapes into Excel.
