Default Excel Spreadsheet with Autofilters as a Web Page

All,

I would like to convert my spreadsheet along with its Autofilter option into
a web page & then post it on my intranet.
Is there a way to do this. If I use Excel 2003 can I directly save it as an
XML & then post it , if yes what if user has Excel 2000 or lower versions.
What is the best solution.

regards
