Default Tables

Something has changed, or I have done something. For several years I've cut
and pasted football tables, bank statements, that kind of thing from my
sources onto an excel spreadsheet to check my running budgets, football
tables, etc.
If I do it now and copy the table, when I paste it on the spreadsheet it
copies the whole table in the first cell horizontally. The only filled cell
is the first cell.
What has happened? What have I done or tweaked or messed up? Is this an
Excel error? I work from home doing sports trading and I now can't use Excel.
I don't want to go to a substitute Office program. Been with MS Office for
about 20 years now.
Thank you if you can help. John.

Default Tables

Put some dummy data in A1.......this is dummy data

DataText to ColumnsDelimitedSpaceFinish

Delete that and try pasting in your table.

I cut and pasted your line of data into A1 in my working sheet, repeated it in a new sheet, then deleted the cell, added my table to both, but it still posts to one cell in one horizontal line

Maybe your table has some other type of delimiter if space does not work for
you.
