Default Format cells in Xcel

On my Dell desktop pc, I can only see colors in color formatted cells when I
switch to Print Preview. None show in the Home page. On my portable all
formatting appears in colors and there is no need to switch to Print Preview.
How do I get the same results on my desktop? George
