Try a helper column
Assuming Surnames in C2:C1000 enter the following in the next blank column =COUNTIF($C$2:$C$1000,C2) and copy down AutoFilter this column on 1. Sandy "rdny2" wrote in message ... how do i sort my database so it only shows duplicate last names. |
