Good day,
Just out of curiosity, has anyone found a way to hide the fields that not used in a PivotGraph? Precisely: Drop Page Fields Here and Drop Series Fields Here. I know that fields not being used do not print, but it would be nice to hide them on screen if we do not use them. Windows XP, Excel 2003. Thank you! Helen |

Not a perfect solution, possible workaround:
From the PivotChart Toolbar, select PivotChart, then hide field buttons. Unfortunatley, this hides both the used and unused, thus losing some functionality. If you don't Pivot that much, or use the Pivot Table to control things, this might work for you. Sorry I couldn't come up with a complete solution. -- Best Regards, Luke M *Remember to click "yes" if this post helped you!* "Helen" wrote: Good day, Just out of curiosity, has anyone found a way to hide the fields that not used in a PivotGraph?
