The trust center buttons are greyed out so that I may not enable macros. Why
would this be so? How can I enable macros when the commands are not available? DOUG |

I'm guessing you're in Excel 2007. When you open the workbook, is Enable
macros displayed above the worksheet? -- HTH, Barb Reinhardt If this post was helpful to you, please click YES below. "DOUG" wrote: The trust center buttons are greyed out so that I may not enable macros. Why would this be so? How can I enable macros when the commands are not available? DOUG |

Barb: Yes, it is when I re-open MS Excel and select "Options" and "Enable
This Content". But, I am still unable to record macros and when I go to the Trust Center all of the selection buttons are greyed out (i.e., not available). I can only surmise it is due to a policy restriction of some sort on the part of my organization (the USAF). I have asked our Medical Information Systems office to investigate. Can you even press F11 and write a short macro manually?
