I feel I am close but every time I go to outlook and try to import the contacts from the excel spread sheet it says I need to define the fields. the top row of my spread sheet is labels from outlook 2007 contact so I am not sure what I am missing. I test it also in 2007 and I notice that you can only import

I check it with the Outlook pro's and the new 2007 formats are not supported. Maybe saving as *.csv would be better? I think this will work OK Gord (no new format) but not test it. I think this will work OK Gord (no new format) but not test it. Will test it this evening CSV is working OK in 2007 But in Outlook 2007 it is not possible to import Excel 2007 files.
