Default Missing "help" file in Excell 4007

I update the excell 4007 and the "help" file went missing. The F1 key and the
question mark give me a reply to repair with the CD. I have done this three
time and it still tells me to use the CD to repair. Any suggestions???

Sorry about that!! I update me Excell 2007 which is located in Office home
and studend 2007. That's when the problem stated. (I don't plan on being
around in 4007.)
