Default Print Colum/Rows

How do I get a file to print with the colums(A,B,etc and rows(1,2,etc)
showing. I am printing all of the formulas in spreadsheet and need to see
the positions.
Thanks

File|Page setup|Sheet tab
Check the row and column headings box.
