cells containing hire dates to change colors on each employee's anniversary
date. How do I do this? What formula can I use?

Assuming hire dates are in column Cstarting at row 3, put Conditionnal
Formatting formula in C-3 First condition =today()-c31095.
Second condition =today()-c3730 Third condition =today()-
c3365. Assign a different color to Font for each condition.

Conditionnal
Formatting formula in C-3 The formula for the first condition is
=today()-C31095. The formula for the second condition is =today()-
C3730 The formula for the third condition is =today()-C3365.
Assign a different color to Font for each condition. Copy the
conditional Format of cell C3 down to end of your list with your
Formula Brush.
