My question has to do with checking formulas within cells. If I click in the formula bar (that has a formula already entered), Excel will put colored boxes around the cells that correspond to the colored cell references in the formula bar. In Excel 2003, I could use the mouse scroll wheel to see the location of these referenced cells (if beyond the current view). In Excel 2007, I can't scroll like this with the wheel, I have to click on the scroll bar.
Enabling the 'Allow editing directly in cells' option doesn't seem to make a difference in this case. Any suggestions on how to enable the mouse wheel for this purpose? Any VBA that could fix this? EggHeadCafe - .NET Developer Portal of Choice http://www.eggheadcafe.com/default.aspx?ref=ng |
