I have a simple spreadsheet with due dates. Is there a way to make the due
dates turn green when they are 2 days out from current date (Today) ? I have office 2007. Thank you! |

in the conditional formatting dialog, choose the option "Formula" in the
dropdown and enter =A2-NOW()<2 which obviously applies to cell A2 only.... Note that you can use the format painter to copy this to other cells. Hi,
To answer the specific question you asked 1. Highlight all the cells on the rows you want formatted 2. Choose Home, Conditional Formatting, New Rule 3. Choose Use a formula to determine which cell to format 4. In the Format values where this formula is true enter the following formula: =TODAY()-2=A1 5. Click the Format button and choose a format. 6. Click OK twice If you want to do it for the two days before today then: =OR(TODAY()-A1=2,TODAY()-A1=1) Or if you want to format all date which are on or after Today-2 then =A1=TODAY()-2 would do. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button Cheers, Shane Devenshire "figvm" wrote: I have a simple spreadsheet with due dates.
