Default copying data to a named column on a different worksheet

I am trying to use excel to keep track of an inventory. On one sheet i have
an "order" that can be populated using drop down boxes. I need to copy this
order to a separate sheet so that it will take the amounts for each product
ordered and place them in a column for4 that product on this second sheet.
the dificulty i am having is making the data go to the last line in the
"data" sheet and matching up the product names.
