Default Don't know what my problem is called, but can explain. Please help

I used to have Office 2003 with Vista. I sell cell phones and one of the
carriers gives us an Excel document to submit activations to them. When done
typing you just hit submit and it automatically is supposed to connect with
Thunderbird (Outlook) and send it to the programmed email address. This
worked fine with my last computer.

I have replaced that computer with a Mini and I'm using Office 2007 and XP.
When I go to submit it, it displays the hourglass and then eventually stops
and does nothing. I am not allowed to save the file either. Something to do
with VB code. I have enable all macros as I thought this should fix
something, but it didn't work. I use Thunderbird, but have set up Outlook
Express as well and that doesn't do it either. Any ideas?

I don't have a guess.

But I would go back to that carrier and tell them the problem in great detail.

Maybe they'll have a suggestion or a fix.
