When you right-click do you see "Format Picture"?
If so, select that and go to the Properties tab. If you don't have that option then I don't know where to go. What format is the picture?(file extension) Are you running Excel 2007? I am not so formatting pictures may be different in that version. Windows Vista should have nothing to do with Excel functions. Gord On Mon, 15 Dec 2008 14:13:02 -0800, Leslie wrote: Thank you! I was able to sort by columns and retain the pictures within the rows that they belong. Terrific! I'm still stumped on printing the spreadsheet with the pictures in the rows. When I right-click on a picture (within the spreadsheet), there is no option to "print object". There are only options to "recolor", "brightness", "contrast", "reset picture" and other things. Maybe it is because I'm using Windows Vista. I'll investigate further and see if I can figure it out. I appreciate your help and feedback. Leslie |
