Default reconnecting a workbook connection from Access-Excel

in one of my workbooks, i have two data connections pulling data to two
separate sheets. i tried to get fancy by converting the data into tables but
now, i have lost the ability to refresh the data for one of the connections.
from the workbook connections, i know which one and it appears to still be
live but at the same time says that it isn't being used anywhere in the
workbook, although the data from the last refresh is still there.

how do i reconnect it? please don't say i have to redo the workbook.
