Default Performa

I was wodering if I could get a free excel file that has a simple PERFORMA.
For instance, If I bought a motorcycle at $1,000 for $100 payment a month,
that gets 60 mpg how long until it saves me money in regards to me driving a
car at 20 miles per gal and $400 a month for payments. Or another performa
would be a business model. If I bought a house at $100,000 and rented it at
$900 per month, $200 went to the morgage, use a performa to see how long it
would take to pay off the house.

Thanks,
