Default Formatting currency in cell

I have a spreadsheet that was sent to me and the "wage" amount does not have
decimals included. I want to add a decimal to all of the wages, but not for
sure how to do that without having to do each one separtely. Can this be
done? Also, when I enter a decimal the number rounds up. Say, the number in
the cell is 13525869 and I want it to read 135258.69. But when the decimal is
entered but then it shows up as 135258.71 when I hit enter.

Thanks

Noel,

Put the number 100 in any cell and copy it. select the wage numbers and then

Edit|Paste special - Divide - OK

delete the cell with 100 in

not sure what you are doing to get the rounding, but try this, type 100 in a
cell, right click it and go copy, then highlight all the numbers you want the
decimal in, right click, paste special, and click divide, that will divide
all the numbers by 100 and you should get the right decimal.
