Default Need formula

Sheet 1 is my Form and Sheet 2 is my Clients with diagnoses (in next cell)
I pull clients over to my form by the use of a drop box.
Now, in another cell in sheet 1, I want that cell to recognize the client's
cell reference in Sheet 2 as B1,B2, etc..... and pull its diagnosis over into
the new cell. Does this make sense? I need this for all 57 clients.
