Excel 2007 Issues when Using Excel Spreadsheets Containing Macros
I have an Excel document that contains macros written in a prior version of
Excel. I'm able to use Excel 2007 fine for awhile. But, even if I'm actively entering data, Excel will start having issues. It doesn't freeze and I'm not sure if "crash" is the right word. Basically, the display will start getting very weird with the toolbars and buttons going away. If I move my mouse around, the buttons appear so I can close the file. But, it's a very odd problem. If I could provide a screen shot, I would. Unfortunately, the file cannot be upgraded because the rest of the company doesn't use 2007. Should I just install 2003 for use with this macro-intensive document? -- Charles Allen, MVP |
