Default merging cells text between 2 or spreadsheets

I have 3rd party application that contains a table with 3 fields: 2 numeric,
1 text. I am able to export the table into an Excel Spreadsheet. I have
several of these spreadsheets that I want to combine as one. The reason I
have serveral spreadsheets is because when I have my PC crash, or reinstalled
the app on another PC, etc. The 2 numeric fields are counters containing the
numbers 1-31192(?). The text field contains notes from the 3rd party app.

The text field is where I am having the issue. Sheet A in the sheet to merge
all into. Sheet B is where the new data.
Compare each text cell in Sheet B with Sheet A.
If the data in Sheet B is not in sheet A, merge it into Sheet A.
If the data in Sheet B is in Sheet A, compare it. If they match excatly, do
nothing. If they don't match exactly, merge them into Sheet A. *I need a
temporary cell that indicates when this occurs so I manually correct them
later.

Thanks and God Bless,
Genesius
