Default EULA keeps popping up after Activation??

Hi everyone. Um ... I recently installed my Office 2003 sp3 Small Business
Edition software to my new computer. (Vista 64 bit, Anthalon x2, 8 gigs Ram,
500 gig Hard drive) However, after I installed and activated Excel (and the
rest of Office)... the EULA pops up every time I start Excel. (and the other
Office 03 products.) I have to click "I accept" the terms of agreement
EVERY time I start using any of the Office software.

I have a legal version of Office SBE, I did register with Microsoft... um
..... anyone have any thoughts on what I need to do to fix this??? Any help
would be appreciated.

R-click and Run As, Administrator to accept the EULA.

Try logging on as the Administrator account, or an account with admin
privileges, run all the Office programs and accept the EULA.
