Thanks Eduardo,
I have used these featurea often and are working just fine.

My problem is that someone has started to update the table with mouse right
click using "Pick From Drop-down List". Now when this is used it will disable
visibility of data validation feature. Actually you are able to define it,
but when cell is activated, arrow and list will not be visible.

This is the very first time I have come agross this and do not know how to
return back and get this data validation to work as it should.
