Hello,
I'm attempting to open an excel file that was sent to me via an email note. When I click on it, file opens in Wordpad & it's all garbled. I have Office 2007 on my pc with Windows Vista Home basic operating system. Thank you in advance. Sharon R. |

1. copy the file from email to your desktop

Hello -- yes, the file does have an extension of .xls. I tried to 'save as'
Excel doc but would not let me do it - does not have this as a pick. Thank you. Sharon R "Gary''s Student" wrote: 1. copy the file from email to your desktop 2. verify the file has an appropriate extension, like .xls -- Gary''s Student - gsnu200817 |
