Default How do you copy colour from one workbook to another in Excel 2007

In Excel 2003 you could copy colours from one excel workbook to another using
the Tool, Options, Colour Tab and then selecting the workbook you want to
copy the colour from. I cannot find out how to do this in excel 2007, can
anyone help?
