Default Can I send an inserted shape behind the cell text?

When inserting a shape in Excel 2007, can you send the shape behind the
contents of the cell?

StevieB,
I have not been able to do that, however there are there is a way I have
gotten similar results
You can have the Autoshape as a "No Fill", which makes it transparent, or
even add a color to the shape , and in the format autoshape applet you can
then select the transparancy of that color
