Default excel 2007 - how to insert row with formats and totals of previous

hi guys and girls

please help - i need to add more rows to my spreadsheet to include copy of
format like text or currency for each cell and end of row totals etc - when i
insert row it adds format but not total or formula at the end of row ? in
excel 2000 when u insert row it copies all formats and totals from previous
row?

The option ''Extend data range formats and formulas' in the
in Office Button|Excel Options|Advanced|Editing Options
should be checked for the behavior you want.
