Default Can "Header Row' option be removed from Sort dialogue box?

When sorting several blocks of data, the same column references can be used.
However, Excel regularly resorts to asking for a "Header Row'. This requires
the original column references to be re-input. I would prefer to always use
column references and never use a Header Row.
