Default Data Recovery

Hi,

I am using Excel 2007 and I have received an excel 2003 file as an
attachment from a colleague of mine and was able to open it and save it on my
desktop, my problem is that when I try to open it from my desktop I get thie
message quote " Excel found unreadable content in 'File Name'. Do you want to
recover the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this
workbook click Yes." end of quote.
When I click yes the file opens but looks completely different!

How can I save this file and use it in my own computer?

The first thing I would do is ask for a new copy of the file. If the file you
received was corrupted in the transmission, then this could be the easiest
solution.

You may want to see if you can find a pc with xl2003 and see how that handles
the file, too.
