One easy way would be to use a help column, assume the text you want to add
to is in A1:A7000, insert a new column B, in B1 put =A1&" available" press enter, reselect the B1 again and move the mouse pointer to the lower right corner of B1, it should change from a fat cross to a thin, then double click and copy down, while selected, copy the range and paste special as values in place, delete column A and it will be replaced by B Regards, Peo Sjoblom "eksel" wrote: I have 7000items in excel worksheet and I want to write the word "available" in the end of each line, please help me |
