Hi,

Since you didn't indicate what version of Excel you are using, here are the
steps for 2007:

Page Layout, click the quick launch button at the bottom right of the Page
Setup group and Page Setup, Header/Footer, Custom Footer, Right section.
Then click the Insert Page Number button.

Personally, I recommend that you type "Page" leave a space and click the
Insert Page Number button, leave a space and type "of" leava a space and
click the Insert Number of Pages button.
