Hi All,

Is there is any macro to divide a cell or range by 1000

You can divide by using Edit/ Paste Special/ Divide, so you could record a
macro to do that.

Default Range or Selection Divided by "1000"

You can do it with Excel

Type 1000 into a spare cell

Copy that cell

Select the range to divide in to

Goto EditPastespecial

Click the Divide option

OK

Clear that spare cell

Dear Bob,

Thanks for your response but I dont want to use formula in this case I just
want that I select that particuler cell or range & press some key combination
to run the macro that divide by 1000 the select range or a single cell
