The easiest way I can think of (without using programming) would be to do
something like the following:

A B C
D
1 name1 =A1 =A2 =A3
2 address1
3 phone1
4
5 name2
6 etc.

Copy B1 - D1 and paste in B5, B9, etc. You can get creative to find the
easiest way to do this.
Copy B1 - D?, select B1, edit | paste special | values
Sort columns B thru D on column B to eliminate blank lines
Delete column A if desired
