Default Chart - Tons Per Hour & Efficiency (Up Time)

I'm trying to generate a chart with Tons Per Hour on the Y - axis and
I would also like to graph the Efficiency (Up Time) on the y-axis as
well, maybe opposite to the Tons Per Hour.

On the x-axis, I would like to see the date. That way I could
correlate the tons per hour and how efficient we were for a specific
date.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
