Default organize a list of names in alphabetical order

I have a column with a list of names and I want to organize them in
alphabetical and not have to retype them.

Default organize a list of names in alphabetical order

Select the colum
Choose Data|Sort from the Menu options on the top...
Choose Ascending or Descending as you want
